Fallout 76's Wastelanders update is coming 7 April, along with a Steam version of the game.

I need to get back into this at some point and finish off the main quest. I got quite a way through it, but the missions started taking me further away from my camp and having to travel back and forth, which costs caps (in some cases), to empty loot was getting a bit tiresome. The base wasn't anything special, I just really liked the location.

The human NPCs are finally here, courtesy of the Wastelanders update which went live today.

Never really got going with this one. Is it a worthwhile time-sink to revisit?

I think I'm going to give it another try, now that there's some regular human NPCs knocking about. Hopefully it'll make the world feel more alive. I liked the slow exploration and breadcrumb following storyline, but it did get oppressively lonely at times, even with the occasional run-in with another player.

The Brotherhood of Steel are being added to Fallout 76 next month.
